All items are handmade by my hand, one at a time, so there may be slight variations from the product photo. Please contact me with questions if you wonder about the exact look of a piece. And I’m available by video chat if you’d like to see any piece in action! 

SHIPPING

$5.00 flat rate shipping in the United States. All orders include insurance. I normally ship within 1-2 days of receiving an order of any item in stock. I will contact you if there should be any delay.

Items up are shipped through the USPS Priority Mail and should arrive 2-6 days from the shipment date. Tracking info will be sent via email once your package is on its way. 

RETURNS

Returns for refund must be made within 7 days of purchase or receipt of package. Returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase or receipt of package.

• Jewelry must be in original, unaltered condition and show no signs of wear. If not it’s original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

• Please contact me first to notify me of a return.

• Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason.

CUSTOM WORK

I do custom work and can also customize existing designs to meet your needs. Would you like a different style earwire or a different stone than shown? Something a little shorter or longer; larger or smaller? Contact me and we can discuss your requirements!
